Volker has many years of management experience in various management positions in international service companies as well as in medium-sized consulting companies, where he was most recently managing director of a subsidiary of a group joint venture.

Volker has worked in Los Angeles, Frankfurt, London and Berlin and led numerous due diligences due his career. His main areas of expertise are General Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance/Controlling, Process Management based on Lean, Marketing, Sales & Customer relations and as well as executive training. Volker is a certified trainer according to DVWO guidelines DIN EN ISO9001.

After completing a commercial apprenticeship and a degree in business administration at the University of Mannheim, he studied Personal Communications and Marketing at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA. This was followed by in-service trainings in Management & Leadership Culture and General Management in Switzerland (St. Gallen Business School) and Corporate Strategy (London Business School).
